1st Treasure - [Voice]
[Patty isn't a stranger to waking up in peculiar places. In fact, she's awoken in places far stranger than this. The first thing she noticed was the nostalgic, salty smell of the sea. Then, the crash of waves that were rocking her little 'boat' back and forth. It was really quite calming. However, all dreams must come to an end and it wasn't long before she regained consciousness entirely to realize that she was in a bit of a pickle.
She was in a washtub. In the middle of an ocean. Wearing a plain white dress. ... Well, it could always be worse. Not quite noticing the book beside her just yet, she begins to speak.]
Oooh, my head... I know that when it's time to abandon ship and you're out of lifeboats, you should float along in a powder keg, but I've never heard of washtub boats before.
Ah, looks like I'm caught up the creek without a paddle. [Silence, then a little crackle in the microphone.] ...This book will do, ya know!
[What follows is a very loud splash, as Patty dunks the journal into the water to try and paddle her way to shore. This... may take a while.]

Hellooo?
[voice]
[Though perhaps it was good that he had, considering what she had been using the book for.]
[voice]
Ooohhh?~ Are the sirens hoping to lure me to my doom? You'll have to try harder than that to trick Patty! [Because it's kind of an aluring voice, but it fails at seducing. ... Maybe if the sirens tried to sing...]

T-the book spoke! [...And now waves are trying to carry it away. She quickly reaches out to snatch it out of the water again before it can get too far.]

That's okay. It was just... unexpected, that's all!

Can't we just buy a new magical journal if this one breaks? If lots of people have one, they can't be too rare or expensive, now can they?

What was that about no money?

[ACTION - fight me]
[ACTION - Have at, you cur!]
She'll get there eventually! Once she does, she hops out of her 'boat' and salutes Ling.]
Ahoy!~ Do I have permission to dock my tub here?
[ACTION]
Well, it is a free beach. Welcome to Luceti. Usually most people usually come here by land.
[Action]
I always knew I was special!~ [Hahaah. Hah.] Do know how to get to the village from here? The old man is waiting for me, ya know.

I must be hearin' things in my old age! Lil' Patty, is that you?
[Voice]
Ooohhh, old man! You have one of these books too?
[Voice]
And yeah, everyone here has one! They're journals, ya can use them to talk to anyone in the village. I'm guessin' you probably want to read through the guide, I'm not good at explainin' these things.

It was empty when he went to investigate it, but there were footprints still in the sand. So whoever was here was probably still around...let's follow these footprints.]

You want some help matey?
no subject
Your offer is kind, oh book person, but in vain. I, the great Patty Fleur, will make my way to the beach the old-fashioned way! The waves are my friends and the wind is my guide!
no subject
Be that as it may Miss Patty, a bathtub is hardly going to catch the wind or sea currents. Though your determination independence is admirable, taking a proffered hand is hardly a sign of weakness, just cunning.
