5th Treasure - [Voice]

[It'd been another one of those mornings. One of those mornings where the house felt a little emptier. Patty'd hoped she wouldn't ever have to make one of these announcements, but there's no one left to take the burden off her shoulders, now. There's only her. ... Well, her and Alexei, but she can't exactly ask him to announce this.

When she opens the journal, she tries to make her voice sound as airy as possible. Of course, she doesn't entirely succeed. There's a kind of stuffiness to her tone that makes it seem as if she's got a bad cold.]

To everyone who knew her, Estelle's gone back home. There's a small ocean of library books in her room, so I guess I'll have to return those myself, ya know.

So... While I've got this thing open, I might as well ask. Anyone here handy with a pair of scissors and a mop of hair? My locks've been getting longer than a whale's tail, ya know. I could use a good cut.

[So Estelle was gone. Tear had only just started to get to know her, but there is still sadness when she thinks about it.

But that wasn't what Patty had asked for.] I have experience with cutting hair, if you need the help.

[Clove's not good with emotional things herself. Especially not with other people. So, like Twelve with Lover Boy... She's of the opinion it's better to focus on something else.]

I can do that much, probably. Been awhile, but I can promise it'll be mostly even.

[She remembers meeting Estelle at the same time as she met Patty, over that scandal Ling had started. It seems so long ago. And now both Ling and Estelle are gone.]

[She's quieter than usual when she replies.]

I hope she's happy back at home. [It feels like she should say something, but since she doesn't know either of them well, that's the best she can manage.]

So...how much are you planning to cut your hair by?

If Estelle-chan is at home, then what's wrong with her books being there?

[ she thinks she means in her apartment or house as opposed to back in her home world, yes. ]

[Patty doesn't really get it either, so she frowns.]

Uh... Well, it's 'cause they should be back at the library, right?

Mostly even's good enough for me! You got the time to meet up soon?

[Happy back home... The last memories Patty has of home were more hectic than happy, but she knows it's different for Estelle. It was different for everyone. Once they've stopped Duke from trying to wipe out the human race, Estelle will probably be happy. Yeah.]

Hmm... I'm not sure! Halfway down my back, I think. My long braids are part of my charm, so they need to still be long enough, ya know.

[Heeey look, it's one of the members of Luceti's Brave Vesperia branch! Yeah, Patty's seen this girl around, she's pretty sure.]

Experience, eh? So you know how to handle a cute girl's hair and make her even cuter?

I'm not so sure about making it cuter, but I can certainly try. [Wouldn't that call for hair ribbons and barrettes? Actually that didn't sound like a bad idea.]

[Alexei heard the message when it went up earlier, but didn't say anything. There wasn't anything to say really, though he'll quietly note that Patty was indeed the only one left at his enemies' home.

...It's rather strange to think that they were down to just one. He remembered a time when that place was full of people...Well, nothing of real concern to him. Less troublesome people for him to deal with really. Although for once, it's a little troublesome that Yuri wasn't here right now. Brave Vesperia barely had the Training School before he left after all, and Alexei wasn't too sure what to think of current leaders of BV. Not to say he wasn't willing to let them maintain the school, he just didn't have that background information on them like he did with Yuri. It was just...a case of building that trust again.

So he's been checking in on the school moreso than usual, like today. It's a slow day, so he's spending his time there tossing out any worn out weapons to get replacements later on at the smithy.]

Estelle-chan, huh... that's a bummer. Or a good thing, I guess.

Ah. I see. Estelle...she'll definitely be missed in the library. I-I'm sorry to hear that though.

[Patty puts on a strained smile, hoping she can get her voice as cheerful as possible.]

Ahh, aye. But it'll be fine! She's back where she belongs, ya know.

Whenever! I've just gotta stop by the library first, but after that I'm all yours.

[ps3pirate]

How? You just take a pair of scissors and snip at it. That's all there is to it, right?

[Patty's really not much of a girly-girl, heck if she knows what goes into a haircut beyond cutting it.]

Aye! They were that long when I first got here, but you know what they say; Hair grows faster than a baby whale in springtime.

Good thing! Definitely a good thing. I-I mean, sure, we'll all miss having her around here, but... Home is where the heart is, so the heart should be home, ya know!

Huh, I've never heard anyone say that at all. But why not let your hair keep growing? See if it can touch the floor!

[To be perfectly honest, Patty doesn't want to be in the house anymore. She knows she should. The place needs to be watched over until her friends return. If they return. Still, the more people left, the bigger the place seemed to become. She doesn't want to spend more time in there than necessary.

So she decides to move around the village, making assorted stops at certain locations. The training school is one of those places she enters without really thinking about it. She realizes just a little too late that there's someone else inside, but once she does, she stops in her tracks again.]

Now, now. If it gets too long, it'll just get in the way, ya know. It already takes me way too long to brush it all.

Yeah, but you'd look mystical! Like some kind of fairytale princess! [A short one, but still.]
